Doctors protest as CMO forces pediatrician to attend DC Udhampur's child at Home

Patients suffer as doctors protest.
Doctors association Jammu protested at district hospital udhampur against vip culture and illegal attachment of dr Deepak consultant paediatrics to govt hospital chenani. Dr Deepak was asked telephonically by CMO Udhampur to attend the child of dc udhampur at dc residence .dr Deepak requested cmo to send child to hospital so that proper examination and investigations could be done .

Dr Deepak refused cmo that he cannot go to dc residence and he is against vip culture . All patients are equal .

After that Cmo udhampur forced dr alok consultant paediatrics to attend dc child at dc residence .after that dr Alok attended dc child at DC’s residence .

Later dr Deepak was harassed and posted for two days a week to chennai hospital by cmo .

Doctors association protested against this illegal order and vip culture.

Only after timely intervention of Director health services jammu dr samir Matto the crisis in district hospital came to end and order was revoked.

Doctor association jammu appealed to advisor sh k. Vijay kumar and principal secretary health and medical education sh Atul dulloo to kindly intervene and issue an official order to stop vip culture in govt hospitals and transfer ,attachments of consultants should not be entertained until it’s order from health secretary/director health services
